Minor fixes in v1.0.1

Hey everyone! Thanks for playing this quick game of mine. A minor update was released a while ago, long overdue actually.

• The settings page now “remembers” the difficulty you last chose
• The speed for the easy and medium difficulties have been slightly increased
• Some other minor under the hood updates, mostly to improve the development experience

There’s at least one other release in the works based on feedback from you all, so keep it coming!
